If you are somebody who sets their personal standard really high, you need to listen in to this episode! I can completely relate to that and this is a big challenge I’m working through as well. I chat about a silly skill that is a perfect example for how much more value there is when you simply just enjoy the experience, and completely disregard comparing the talent across the board. Putting yourself out there gives you a tremendous opportunity to grow, no matter how well you consider it to be successful (or not!)!
