016: Two Habits to Build to Help You Avoid Procrastination

Admittedly, I thought procrastination was only associated with things that have deadlines. I may not have limited it entirely to things with deadlines, but I definitely did not think procrastination was currently a part of my life. All of the things on my to-do list that I delayed and put off for a long time, I didn’t consider that procrastination since it didn’t have a deadline. But it is. My realization lit a fire under me to break those habits and start building a foundation that helps me get things done sooner rather than saving everything to do later, which is what contributes greatly to my overwhelm!
